About Wash Me
A locally owned commercial cleaning company
Wash Me was built around a simple observation: plenty of companies will wash your fleet once, and very few will do it well every week for three years. We chose to be the second kind.
We are based in the Inland Empire and we work only in commercial and municipal environments — fleet yards, distribution centers, industrial parks, apartment communities, retail centers, and public works facilities. That focus shapes everything about how we operate, from the equipment on our trucks to how we handle a schedule change at 9 PM.
Our service model is recurring maintenance rather than one-off jobs. When a fleet manager or facility director hands us an account, they are buying a result that repeats on a predictable cycle: the same night, the same crew, the same process, the same quality. We would rather grow slowly with accounts that renew than chase volume we cannot service properly.
Communication is where most vendors in this trade lose trust, so we treat it as part of the service. You get confirmed schedules, notice when we arrive, reporting when we finish, and a direct line to a person who can actually make decisions. If weather, access, or equipment changes the plan, you hear it from us first — not after the fact.
Everything we do is documented for commercial standards: certificates of insurance, itemized invoicing with unit counts and locations, purchase order references, and stormwater practices that satisfy facility and municipal requirements. That paperwork matters as much as the wash itself when an inspector or an accounts payable department is involved.
Long-term relationships are the goal. Our best accounts started with a single trial wash and now cover multiple yards, several vehicle classes, and the property around them. If we are the right fit, we will tell you. If your operation needs something outside what we do well, we will tell you that too.
How we work
The standards behind every service
Built for recurring service
We are not a one-truck weekend operation. Routes, crews, and equipment are organized around accounts that need the same result every single cycle.
Locally owned in the Inland Empire
We live and work where you operate. That means shorter response times, real accountability, and a name that stands behind the work.
Fully self-contained equipment
Hot-water pressure systems, onboard water, generators, and containment gear arrive with every crew. No site prep required.
Clear communication
Confirmed schedules, on-site arrival notice, completion reporting, and a person who answers the phone when something changes.
Commercial-grade documentation
Certificates of insurance, itemized invoicing, unit counts, and stormwater practices that satisfy facility and municipal requirements.
Consistent, inspection-ready results
Trained crews follow the same wash process on every unit and every surface, so quality does not swing week to week.
